Returns Policy

Welcome to Flaming Anvil's Returns Page! We want you to have the best shopping experience possible. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 14-day returns policy ensures you can shop with confidence. Please read through the following information to understand how returns work:

1. Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

2. Change of Mind You have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind and return the item. You'll get a full refund of the original purchase price excluding any postage paid . The cost of returning the item will not be refunded. You can use any service available to you. 

3. Faulty Items or Misdescription If the item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't work properly, please contact us first. We'll do our best to make things right.

4. Returning Physical Products For product returns, please let us know you'll be sending the item back by sending an email with your Order Number and Name to  sales@flaminganvil.co.uk .Please include a note on reason for return if possible .

5. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund. Expect the refund to be credited to your original payment method within 1-3 days.

6. Refund Delays If you haven't received a refund that we confirmed issuing, check your bank statement. Sometimes it takes a while for banks or card companies to process refunds.
